For families who choose a nanny to care for their children on a full-time (permanent placement) basis. Typically, 40-55 hours per week. The nanny’s schedule can be based on a regular or fluctuating routine. Pay varies according to duties required by the family, number of children, nanny experience, education and background. Due to COVID, we've seen a market shift around the country, specifically the nannying market has become increasingly more competitive, thus we have raised our rates. A typical pay range for a full-time nanny would be:

Part Time Nanny Placement
For families who choose a nanny to care for their children less than 40 hours per week. Typically, no less than 4 hours per visit. This can be on a regular schedule or fluctuating schedule. Pay varies according to duties required by the family, number of children, nanny experience, education and background. Due to COVID, we've seen a market shift around the country, specifically the nannying market has become increasingly more competitive, thus we have raised our rates. A typical pay range for a part-time nanny would be:

Post Partum Care Placement
For families who may or may not need permanent placement. Our thoroughly screened, experienced and reliable nannies (or mother’s helpers) are ready to provide tailored assistance to meet your family’s particular needs. In addition to providing practical support, post-partum care may include caring for the new baby overnight, so you can sleep, caring for the older siblings, running errands and/or performing household tasks. Our post-partum nanny pay range varies according to duties required by the family, nanny experience, education and background. A typical pay range for a mother’s helper would be:

Housekeeper / Household Manager
