Our nannies are required to provide detailed information about their experience, furnish verifiable references and submit to all background checks. Since identity theft is a major concern today, we require that you have been fingerprinted within the past 12 months. If you have not, we will request compliance. This provides our client families with assurance that all other background checks are accurate.
Once we've evaluated your experience, we will meet with you to discuss your work history, special qualifications, experience, areas of expertise and often pose hypothetical situations regarding childcare to gain insight into the way you would handle various situations. After Advanced Homecare Placements LLC has recommended you for consideration, a client-nanny face-to-face interview will be coordinated by the agency. The client will make the final hiring decision.
